The Central Scotland Green Network Trust (CSGNT) seeks to engage a consultant with expertise in tourism-related brand development and business planning to develop and implement a revenue-generation business plan for the John Muir Way.
The contract will be delivered over a 12 month period from September 2019 and will provide strategic and delivery capacity to achieve the following aims:
1. To create new revenue streams and a more financially sustainable model for meeting core costs of managing the John Muir Way – with the aim of generating as a minimum 25,000 GBP per year;
2. To develop the values, potential and impact of the John Muir Way brand;
3. To create new products, services and opportunities for consumers and businesses to engage with the John Muir Way brand and its values.
