The Highland Council are establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System for Passenger Transport (including public and school transport). The Dynamic Purchasing System includes Lots for
Dedicated School Transport, Local Bus Services and Combined Local Bus/School Transport Services, Demand-responsive A2B Dial-A-Bus Services, Additional Support Needs Transport, Transport requirements for Looked-after Children.
Subject to agreeing a joint working arrangement with NHS Highland, the DPS may also include aspects of social care transport and patient transport services.
