To monitor and evaluate visitor satisfaction levels of customers at our gardens – Edinburgh, Dawyck, Benmore and Logan – in order to identify any issues arising which may need to be addressed.
Satisfaction levels should be recorded for the gardens as well as other facilities such as restaurants, shops, galleries.
