Last year, P4P launched an exciting new webinar series, ‘In Conversation With’, where we are joined by a range of individuals and organisations from the social enterprise and wider third sector who are successfully collaborating with others or are supporting those who are collaborating.
This could be for a variety of different purposes, but may include to achieve greater social or environmental impact, generate more income, develop new services, or respond to an emerging need (such as through the COVID-19 pandemic).
Kicking the series of webinars for 2021 off, we are delighted to be joined by Catherine McWilliam and Karlene Docherty at DTA Scotland.
Catherine and Karlene will discuss a new initative which DTA Scotland is leading on alongside the Scottish Land Commission which is supporting communities in developing vacant and derelict land.
The new partnership project being run by DTAS and the Scottish Land Commission provides professional support for community-led regeneration of vacant and derelict land sites. The project will run for two years and seeks to develop practical, collaborative and innovative approaches to bringing different types of small and persistently problematic sites back into productive use, in a way that could support and scale-up community led regeneration across Scotland.
