Adult Supported Living Pre-Tender Bidders Event
In advance of the tender for Adult Supported Living being advertised, the Council is holding a pre-tender event to provide information and background as to the proposed approach to both the service and the procurement of it.
A number of Officers will be present from Social Work Resources and from the Procurement Service, and you will be given the opportunity to ask questions and to provide input and feedback.
The event will take place on Tuesday 30th April 2019, commencing at 9.30 am for a 10am start and is scheduled to close at 12 noon. The venue is the Corporate Dining within the Council’s Almada Street HQ in Hamilton, ML3 0AA. The venue is accessed via the West Wing Reception at street level on the Douglas Street side of the building, and not the main Almada Street entrance at the front of the building on the first floor. You will be directed from there to the venue.
Please note that parking in and around the building is limited and where available is usually restricted to 2 hours, however there is a nearby retail park accessed off Clydesdale Street which provides three hours free parking. For those travelling by public transport, Hamilton West railway station which is on the main line to Glasgow, is a 5 minute walk from the building.
Due to capacity restrictions and the potential for this event to be very busy, we would be grateful if you could send no more than two representatives from your organisation. As the event will cover both the services required and the procurement element, you may find it beneficial to send persons who will be involved in either or both elements.
